Commercial Movers in Dubai
Every hour a shop is shut is revenue that does not come back. Commercial moves are planned around trading hours, mall access windows and stock handling — so you close one evening and open in the new unit as soon as the fit-out allows.
-
Scheduled around trading hours
Overnight and early-morning working so the shutter goes up on time.
-
Mall and centre access arranged
Malls have tight delivery windows and strict contractor rules. We book the slot and provide the documentation.
-
Stock counted, not just carried
Merchandise moves in a way you can reconcile at the other end, which matters when it is your inventory on the line.
-
Display and fixture handling
Shelving, gondolas, counters, mirrors and glass cabinets protected and rebuilt rather than stacked.
Closed hours are the only number that matters
Commercial moves get planned backwards from one figure: how long the business is not trading. Everything else — crew size, vehicle count, what order things load in — follows from minimising that. It is why almost every shop move we run happens overnight, and why we would rather bring more people for fewer hours than fewer people for more.
It also means the site visit is not optional. Stock volume, fixture types, the loading route and the access window at both ends all change the plan, and none of them can be assessed over the phone.
Malls, centres and access windows
If you are moving into or out of a Dubai mall, the mall sets the timetable. Delivery windows are narrow, contractor passes are mandatory, service lifts are allocated, and heavy movement is frequently restricted to after closing. Applying late is the most common reason a retail move slips by a week.
We handle the access application using your tenancy documentation and our trade licence, and we confirm the allocated window before we commit to a date with you.
Fixtures, glass and the things that break
Retail interiors are full of items that were installed rather than delivered: glass cabinets, full-height mirrors, illuminated signage, counters built in place. Some come apart cleanly, some do not, and some were never designed to move twice. We identify which is which at the site visit and tell you honestly where the risk sits, rather than finding out with a crowbar at two in the morning.

Properties we handle
- Mall retail unit
- Dictated entirely by the mall's delivery window. Usually overnight, always permitted in advance.
- Street-level shop
- More flexible hours, but parking and pedestrian access need planning.
- Salon or clinic
- Equipment-heavy and often plumbed. Needs a technician alongside the movers.
- Showroom
- Large, fragile display pieces. Protection matters more than speed.
- Small warehouse or store
- Racking, pallets and volume. Often needs a larger vehicle and a forklift at one end.

Frequently asked questions
That is the normal plan. We close behind you in the evening, move through the night, and have the new unit ready for stocking in the morning. Whether you can actually open the next day depends on your fit-out and licensing at the new address rather than on the move.
Malls in Dubai run tight delivery windows, require contractor passes and often insist on specific loading docks and service lifts. Some only permit heavy movement after closing. We apply for the access permit with your tenancy documents and our trade licence, and we schedule the crew to the window we are given.
Stock moves in labelled, countable units rather than loose, so you can reconcile against your own records at the other end. For higher-value inventory we recommend you or a staff member counts out and counts in; we will work to whatever process your business already uses.
Chairs, trolleys, cabinets, reception furniture and most transportable equipment, yes. Anything requiring certified decommissioning — imaging equipment, some dental units — needs the manufacturer or a certified technician, and plumbed or gas-connected units need a licensed trade. We identify those at the site visit so they can be booked, not discovered.
Across Dubai in 2026, a studio move typically runs AED 800–1,200, a one-bedroom apartment AED 1,500–2,500, a three-bedroom villa AED 3,000–5,000, and a five-bedroom villa AED 6,000–10,000 or more. Full packing usually adds 30–50% on top. Those are market ranges, not our quote — the real number depends on volume, packing, lift access and the day of the month.
