Terms & Conditions

Quotations

Quotations are based on the survey carried out and the information you provide, and cover only the scope listed on the quotation. They are valid for [VALIDITY PERIOD] from the date issued. Where the volume, access or services required differ materially from what was surveyed, we will tell you before proceeding and agree any change in writing.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when you accept the quotation in writing. Payment terms are [PAYMENT TERMS]. Accepted payment methods are [PAYMENT METHODS].

Cancellation and postponement

Cancellation or postponement terms are [CANCELLATION TERMS]. Where a move cannot proceed because a building permit has not been issued or building access is refused, we will reschedule at the earliest mutually available date.

Building permits and access

We prepare and provide the documents required from us as the moving company, including our trade licence and insurance certificate, and coordinate with building management. You remain responsible for providing your own documents — tenancy contract or title deed, and Emirates ID — and for any permit fees or deposits charged by your building.

Items we do not carry

We cannot transport flammable, explosive or pressurised goods including paint, fuel, gas cylinders and aerosols. We recommend you carry personal documents, jewellery, cash and medication yourself.

Liability and insurance

Our liability is as set out in our insurance policy, a copy of which is available on request. Claims must be notified within [CLAIM NOTIFICATION PERIOD] of delivery. We are not liable for damage to items packed by you, for pre-existing damage, or for goods declared inaccurately.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
